This week’s recreation trip included some surfing!

The Autumn weather has begun to bring a pattern of sharp rain fronts and high winds – the plants love it, but our new earthworks do not. On the plus side though, the surf conditions are fun and this week the girls showed their stuff (after a quick lesson at a local surf school!)

The sea is still warm enough for snorkling and daily swimming…. And between the rain we’re getting hot sunny periods to dry out the ground and allow us to press on with buildings and other activities.
